If you suspect your account has been compromised and/or messages/attachments have been retrieved illegally, inform us immediately to disable your account and initiate investigations.
• MAVEN TECHNOLOGIES PTE LTD AND THE ASSOCIATED PUBLISHERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM THE USE OF PMEETS MOBILE APP, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

• You agree to conform to the Singapore Spam Control Act and not spam subscribers.
• You agree to import subscribers who have given you their consent to receive materials from you and not use email addresses harvested from unauthorised sources.
• You agree to broadcast information and content, prescribed as sensitive or not, at your own risks.
• You agree to protect your credentials by adopting best practices including, but not limited to, the following:
1. Do not reveal your passwords to anyone
2. Change your password periodically
3. Do not use the portal over public WIFI or unsecured networks
4. Refrain from logging into other web services while using our portal or use a separate browser to exclusively access our portal
5. Always log off after use
• Accounts hijacked by malicious users could result in broadcast of objectionable materials to subscribers, violation of item (i), inflicted costs associated with malicious broadcasts and/or any other significant damages. MAVEN TECHNOLOGIES PTE LTD WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM THE USE OF THIS SITE AND ANY RELATED SERVICES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

pmeets recognizes that its publishers and subscribers want to know our approach to data privacy. pmeets provides this Privacy Policy to help you make an informed decision about whether to use or continue using pmeets portal and mobile app services. Your personally identifiable information (e.g. mobile number) is never sold to any third party companies for their commercial or marketing use without your consent.

Data exchanged between your mobile devices and our servers are encrypted and our portals are regularly updated with security patches to prevent malicious users from hijacking your site. However, we are not impervious to hacks and in such events or otherwise, there could be a possibility that information could be leaked or compromised. You agree to use our service at your own risks.
